CORPORATE POLICY


CPM Tecsaldo Integrated Management System operates in compliance with the provisions in force concerning Safety, Environment and Work and at the same time, pursues continuous improvement in the quality of their performance, to achieve a greater Customer satisfaction.
The indications of the Corporate Policy, derived from the Integrated Management System, are enforceable as defined in the rules for:

  • Quality  ISO 9001:2008;

  • Quality for the Oil & Gas Sector ISO/TS 29001:2011;

  • Environment ISO 14001:2004;

  • Health & Safety OHSAS 18001:2007.


In order to ensure proper management of the Integrated System and the application of this Policy, the Head Office considers, as crucial, the active involvement of all the Personnel Company.

The Quality Policy pursued by CPM Tecsaldo is made explicit in the following points:

RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS:
In the context of relationships that CPM Tecsaldo maintains with its customers for decades, appear to be essential prerogatives:

  • perceive, in the most correctly way, demands and needs of Customers and transform them into Quality Services that can realize their expectations;

  • show the greatest flexibility to meet the needs of Customers;

  • maintain clear relationships with Customers in order to prevent any complaints by the same;

  • meet deadlines for completion of the work provided;

  • evaluate the level of Customer satisfaction;

  • evaluate the critical issues identified by the Customers through the study of possible complaints presented;

  • continuously monitoring through the documentation (ex. Periodic Meetings), provided from the Client, that there is a union of intents on Protection of Environment and Safety.


RELATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS:
With regard to relations of CPM Tecsaldo with its Suppliers, is to be considered an important requirement:

  • make a careful analysis for the proper selection and qualification of reliable Suppliers in order to undertake long-term relationships;

  • make Suppliers a part of the Integrated System, in order to be included as "collaborators to all effects";

  • involve the Suppliers in the plan of business improvement and in the know-how exchange;

  • secure that the Suppliers are aligned to the standards pursued by CPM Tecsaldo in matter of Quality, Environment and Safety.


RELATION WITH STAFF:
Currently the Staff of CPM Tecsaldo seems to be proper; the target is to continue to improve the staff involving in all the Company procedures.
The main purposes in this direction are:

  • arrange to provide all employees with the practical and theoretical tools that will enable them to contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives;

  • involve and integrate all the resources in the optimization of business activities and the improvement of services according to the expectations of the Customer;

  • identify and investigate critical areas for the improvement of Quality, Environment and Safety;

  • inform the Staff of the Environmental Analysis (Head Office and Sites), in order to identify and reduce the impacts coming from the performance of the Company Activities, spreading the sense of responsibility at each level;

  • reduce the waste products,  constantly training staff to support the collection, recovery and recycling.
